Why Is MOQ So High for Customization 

when it comes to customize package for massage guns?

First of all, I want to list the MOQ of different custom requirements.

1. custom logo printed on fascial gun: MOQ is 100pcs or to be discussed

2. custom box package of fascial gun: MOQ is 500pcs

3. custom massage heads of fascial gun: MOQ is 5000pcs or to be discussed

OEM / ODM service is very common in mini massage gun business. 99% customers hope to have their own package and logo printed on massage guns.  But when we discussed about the MOQ, they always think it is too high and can't understand.

Here is the reason.

This situation happens when it comes to custom box package. Customers think 500pcs is too big.

This related to printing industry.  In this field, there are some fixed fee, like set up charge, print plate charge and die cut charge. Whatever the quantity is, these cost will be divided equally to each box. 

For this reason, MOQ is  500pcs.  The more the cheaper.

And even for 500pcs, the unit price is about 1.5-2.5usd each.

So in order to control the price down, we suggest customer buy 500pcs at least when they need custom package box for mini massage guns.

But recently we come up a new method which can help some customers to have custom package in small MOQ.

We can use UV flatbed printer to add customer's logo on the box, but only can add somthing on the box, can't change or erase the original patterns or words.

I think it is a good way for small orders.
