Are massage guns worth it?

Let me answer this question from my own experience, then it can be more credible.

I am a 25-year-old office worker. My work is sit in front of a desktop, typing and typing. So I have a little bit shoulder ache and backache.

I always use 5-10 mins at a time, massage gun does remove soreness and help release some pain.

Except this, I also bring this mini massage gun when I go to the gym. We can use massage gun before exercise to warm up, and use it after to loosen up tight muscles.

These are the two scenes I use massage gun. To summarize, mini massage gun works for me. Mine isn't an expensive model.

But if you are looking for a method to help cure arthritis or  varicosity, please stop using massage gun. It may have no effects or even dangerous. People who have a medical condition or have a history of injury should consult a doctor, therapist or coach!!!
